It randomly selects a well-known company from a curated list and a duration of 1–30 days, and invites you — the visitor — to voluntarily choose whether to refrain from purchasing from that company for that period. Participation is entirely at your complete free will. Choosing where you spend your own money is a lawful personal decision.

No prize, money, or thing of value is awarded. Boycott Lotto is not a lottery, sweepstakes, contest, or gambling product, no purchase or payment of any kind is possible, and no consideration is required or accepted.

Listing a company reflects opinion and commentary based on publicly reported information, and constitutes protected expression. Each entry links to a third-party source (such as press reporting or reference material). We do not adopt, verify, endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party source, and inclusion is not an allegation that any company has broken the law.

Nothing here should be read as a statement of verified fact about any company's conduct. Readers should follow the linked sources and reach their own conclusions.

Boycott Lotto has no user accounts and no server-side database of visitors. Your draw history and any list edits you make are stored only in your own browser's local storage on your own device. Clear your browser storage and that data is gone.

The email reminder feature does not send anything from this site: it opens your own email application with a pre-written message. Any address you type is used locally to build that message and is not transmitted to us or stored.

The site may display advertising in future; if and when it does, ad partners may set their own cookies or identifiers subject to their own policies, and this notice will be updated before that happens. The site is not directed to children under 13.

If you believe an entry is inaccurate, outdated, or unfair, tell us and we will review it promptly and correct or remove it where warranted.
